MICI 2100
This is a general introductory course in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics. Dr. Lee teaches the three week Immunology section of this course.
MICI 4115
This course is more advanced than MICI 3115 and is offered in the winter term. Students must have completed MICI 3115 to take this course. Grade restrictions are in place for entry into this course. The course is designed to be more translational (and clinically relevant) than MICI 3115 and includes topics such as autoimmune disease, bone marrow transplantation and allergy. Dr. Lee gives three lectures in transplantation in this course.
Dr. Lee teaches in the Department of Pathology in the Faculty of Medicine.
Path 5000 General Pathology
Dr. Lee teaches the general immunology section of this graduate level general Pathology course.
Path 5050 Immunopathology
Dr. Lee teaches the cell mediated immunology and transplantation sections of this graduate level course.
Dr. Lee teaches in the Host Defence unit in the Faculty of Medicine.
Host Defence
The Host Defence unit of the Dalhousie Medical program is offered in the fall term of 1st year. Dr. Lee is the component Head for Immunology and the overall Unit Head for this unit. Dr. Lee teaches all of the lectures in Immunology to the Dalhousie Medical students to ensure continuity in the program. His lectures have been well received, such that Dr. Lee has been awarded “Professor of the Year” four times in the last ten years.
